Directions

Nasal use:
As often as needed. 4 times a day for each nostril. A dose per nostril. If baby’s little nose is heavily congested, use PHYSIOMER® Baby Isotonic Spray.

Ocular use:
Can be used as often as needed.

PHYSIOMER® Baby single doses are also recommended for cleansing your baby’s eyelids.

How to use PHYSIOMER® Unidoses?

Nasal Wash: For babies and newborns: It is recommended to proceed nasal wash before feeding, when the child is awake and calm.Lay the baby down on a slightly inclined bed (30°) with his/her head to one side (never backwards to avoid the risk of wrong way into the throat).

Gently insert the tip in the upper nostril and press the single dose firmly to expel the solution within the nostril.

Let the solution flow out through the other nostril.

Repeat with the other nostril.

For Eyelid Care

1. Wet a sterile compress with PHYSIOMER® single dose.

2. Wipe the eyelids with the compress, make sure to avoid spreading dust, dirt or infection.

3. Use a new compress for each eye.

What are Physiomer Unidoses?

Physiomer Unidoses are sterile, single‑use vials filled with 100% undiluted isotonic seawater, intended for nasal cleansing and eyelid hygiene in babies and infants.

From what age can they be used?

They are suitable from birth (0+ months) for newborns and infants.
What are the intended uses?

Nasal cleansing: helps remove mucus, allergens, pollutants, and support breathing.

Daily hygiene and prevention: regular cleansing to maintain nasal health and reduce risk of ENT complications (e.g. otitis).

Eyelid care: can be used to clean eyelids gently when needed.
How often should I use them?

For nasal use: up to 4 times per day per nostril, one unidose per nostril.

For eyelids: as often as needed, using a clean compress soaked with the solution.

Can they be reused?

No. These are single‑use doses (unidoses) and should be discarded after use to ensure sterility and safety.
Are there any side effects or cautions?

Some mild tingling or stinging may occur in very sensitive nasal mucosa.

Do not share doses between individuals.

If symptoms persist more than 5 days, or worsen, seek medical advice.

Avoid use if the packaging is damaged or past the expiry date.
Is this a medicine or just a hygiene product?
