What is this range for?
The Face range of the QV skincare line is designed specifically for dry to sensitive facial skin. Both products are formulated to be low‑irritant, fragrance‑free and colour‑free. The goal is to gently cleanse and protect the face (and neck) while supporting the skin barrier. For example, the Gentle Cleanser has ceramides, safflower seed oil and vitamin E. The Day Cream includes moisturising agents plus broad‑spectrum SPF 30 protection.
Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Both products are formulated for dry and sensitive skin. The Gentle Cleanser is soap‑free, pH‑balanced and free of fragrance, colour, lanolin, and propylene glycol. The Day Cream is similarly low‑irritant, non‑comedogenic and free of added colour/lanolin.
Can I use the Gentle Cleanser if I wear makeup or sunscreen?
Yes, but if you wear heavy makeup or waterproof sunscreen you may want to use a dedicated makeup remover or an oil/balm cleanser first, then follow with the Gentle Cleanser to ensure full cleansing.
Can I use both products together?
Yes — the routine is straightforward: cleanse with the Gentle Cleanser (morning and night), then in the morning apply the Day Cream SPF 30 after cleansing and before sun exposure. Apply the Day Cream to the face and neck after cleansing.
Is the Day Cream essentially a sunscreen substitute?
It includes SPF 30 and offers sun protection, but as with any sunscreen/ day cream with SPF you should still reapply as per sun‑protection guidelines, and use hats/coverings.
Can these products be used by men and women?
Yes — the range is not gender‑specific. It is formulated for dry/ sensitive skin types, regardless of gender.
