Returns & Refunds

At Better Health Today, we are committed to providing the highest quality food supplements, medical devices, and cosmetic products. Because our entire inventory requires strict, continuous temperature control to guarantee product stability, safety, and efficacy, any dispatch outside of our controlled logistics chain constitutes rapid deterioration. 

Therefore, all sales of temperature-sensitive products are final. Except in cases of damage or transit errors (see below), products purchased on our website are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Notice to European Union Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. 

Because our products require uninterrupted temperature control to maintain public health and safety standards, this control is permanently broken once a package leaves our facility. Consequently, EU consumers acknowledge that these items are legally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, and submitted withdrawal forms for these items will be rejected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
