3 Tips for Extremely Dry Skin
Suffering from dry skin? Here are 3 simple tips to care for extremely dry skin.
Frequently asked questions about QV Feet Heel Balm
How often should I use?
Apply balm morning and night until skin has returned to normal. Once normal skin has returned, apply 2-3 times a week to help maintain the skin.
Should I wear socks after applying heel balm?
Wear socks after moisturising the heel– this can help keep the moisture in and make the emollient more effective. Choose appropriate footwear that helps support and also reduce pressure on the heel while standing and walking.
How can I stop my heels from cracking?
To avoid dry, cracked heels, follow these steps:
- Moisturise often. Use QV Heel Balm to help soften and heal your skin.
- Don't soak your feet too long.
- Use gentle cleansers like QV Gentle Wash.
- Wear the right shoes.
Should I peel dead skin off my heel?
It is not recommended to peel the dead skin off your feet. Instead, use a pumice stone or foot file to help remove the dead skin, and make sure to moisturise your feet afterwards.
